I Wish I'd Known These 10 Hard Truths Before I Turned 30
This year, I turned 52. I still have a lot to learn, but as I get closer to 50, I've been doing a lot of introspection. What would I do differently if I could go back in time? What do I know now that I wish I had known when I was 30? This list of 10 hard truths are a condensed version of what I've learnt. 1. Balance You will burn out if you do not maintain a healthy balance. Nothing will motivate you to achieve more than a good amount of relaxation, exercise, and sleep, no matter how hard you want it. “I see a world on the edge of a blade.
